VICE FOR ALL – VICE CITY INCLUSIVITY & NEUTRALITY POLICY
Vice City Private Members Club strives to create an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to participate fully in our community. We are pleased to introduce our VICE for all policy that ensures a welcoming, unbiased environment where diversity is embraced, and everyone is treated with fairness and respect, free from discrimination, harassment, or favoritism. All (Committee Members, Staff, Members, Guests, and All Affiliated individuals) must honor these policies to uphold the integrity and our commitment to diversity and inclusion in our community.
1. Committed to All: VICE CITY is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity in all forms. We will welcome and embrace all members and guests regardless of race, creed, religion, gender, sexuality, and disability.
2. No Hate, Don’t Discriminate: Discrimination of any kind, which may include but is not limited to race, creed, religion, gender, sexuality, and disability is strictly prohibited. All individuals will be treated with equal respect and consideration, and any behavior that undermines this principle will not be tolerated.
3. Equality: All members and guests will have equal access to opportunities within VICE CITY, including events, activities, and roles, without bias or favoritism.
4. Accessibility: VICE CITY is committed to ensuring that all events and activities are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to ensure full participation for all.
5. Respect for Individual Beliefs: We respect and honor the diverse beliefs and practices of our members and guests. No individual will be forced, or required to participate in activities that conflict with their personal beliefs.
6. Harassment-Free Environment: VICE CITY maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment. Any form of harassment, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, will result in immediate action and potential removal from the organization.
7. Safe Spaces: VICE CITY events are designed to be safe and welcoming spaces for all. Any actions that compromise the safety or comfort of others will be addressed promptly and effectively.
8. Cultural Sensitivity: Members and guests are encouraged to engage with each other in ways that respect cultural differences and promote mutual understanding.
9. Confidentiality: VICE CITY respects the privacy of its members and guests. Personal information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed.
10. Feedback and Accountability: VICE CITY values the feedback of its members and guests and commits to ongoing improvement of its inclusivity policies. Any concerns or suggestions can be directed to our Committee.
11. Zero Tolerance for Racism, Sexism, and Colorism: VICE CITY maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against racism, sexism, and colorism. This includes any racial, sexist, or biased slurs, remarks, or actions towards any member, guest, or staff part of VICE CITY. Violations of this policy will result in immediate and decisive action.
12. Safeguard Policy: VICE CITY implements a safeguard policy to protect all members and guests. This includes having trained staff on-site to handle complaints, providing a clear reporting mechanism for incidents, and ensuring that all reports are investigated promptly and thoroughly. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels protected and respected. Our safeguard policy is also available online for reference.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES ALL RIGHTS
Failure to comply with our policies may result in immediate removal from our event, and further suspension or expulsion.
